Information for your holiday at the Jesolopalace
Our Good to Know page provides answers to the questions you may want to ask before your arrival at the 4-star superior Jesolopalace Hotel. It provides all the basic information you need before departing, but if you still have doubts, you can always contact us.
Prices are per person per day, and include VAT (10%). Prices do not include the local tourist tax.
The rooms and suites are available from 2:00 p.m. on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.
If you need to arrange a late check-out, you should first check for availability with the hotel. Late check-out allows you to stay until 5:00 p.m., at the cost of € 50 for rooms and € 100 for suites. Please contact the hotel reception.
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of your stay, payable by bank transfer or credit card. Particular conditions, to be agreed upon, may apply to special offers and rates.
For reservations at our Standard rate, you can cancel your booking for free up to 8 days before your arrival date, and we'll refund your deposit. In the event of cancellation after this deadline, or in cases of no-show, we'll retain the deposit as a cancellation charge.
For reservations made at the Prepaid Non-Refundable rate, we'll retain the deposit in full as a cancellation charge in the event of either cancellation or no-show.
For cases of late arrival or early departure, we'll still charge the full amount for the stay.
Particular cancellation conditions may apply to special offers and rates.
We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank cards (Debit Card, EC Card, Maestro), bank transfer (made at least 3 days before check-out), instant bank transfer, cash.

Small pets are permitted at the Jesolopalace, but they cannot access the common areas and swimming pools.
Please bring a blanket and basket for your dog.
