Chef de Rang
Summer season 2024. Full time, accommodation
The Jesolopalace, a 4*S hotel in Jesolo Pineta, is looking for a Chef de Rang to join our waiting staff for the 2024 summer season.
What are your strengths?
- Are you enthusiastic about the world of catering and especially about working in the dining area?
- Have you had at least a year's previous experience in this role, preferably in hotels and in structured settings?
- Do you have a strong customer-oriented approach, with good relationship skills, and are you able to work in a team?
- Are you available to work split shifts?
What will be your main tasks?
- You will be serving in the evenings, independently managing a section with 25-30 diners. Your duties will include laying the tables, presenting the dishes in the correct way, and assisting the guests.
- You will help with the breakfast service.
- You will also be serving light lunches, not every day but in line with the roster.
- You will carry out your duties in compliance with the hotel standards, following the instructions of your manager.
